The EX 511 rim offers the same renowned durability and exceptional strength-to-weight ratio as the EX 471, but with a full 30 mm internal width. Its tubeless-ready optimized rim bed ensures quick and easy tire installation, a secure fit, and hassle-free tubeless setup.
Thanks to the DT Swiss welding process, the rim boasts an extremely consistent and robust weld joint. The included PHR washers and convex Squorx nipples naturally align perfectly with your chosen spokes, enhancing stiffness and durability without adding extra weight compared to traditional eyeleted rims.
A unique process for the black coating ensures a tough and durable finish. The EX 511 is available in both 28 and 32 hole counts, with an ERD of 563 mm for the 27.5" version and 601 mm for the 29" version, both including washers.
