The coin comes from the estate of a coin collector whom served in the Second World War and had a HUGE collection. I like the obscure and rare, so I purchased his error coins. This is a wonderful example of some doubling on the reverse and a missing letter on the obverse. The “E” is missing from Rentenpfennig, and there is doubling on the numbers 2 and 3 on the back. The G mint mark denotes this as a coin minted in Berlin. Excellent condition! Please note that I do not clean coins BUT I cannot guarantee anything as I am only the most recent owner and cannot speak for others in the past.
