EHEIM professionel 5e – The new electronic professional filter designed for the most demanding criteria, built with high-end technology, integrated Wifi and wireless control via smartphone, tablet or PC/MAC. No extra app required. Each function is individually programmable, while the electronic system continuously monitors performance to keep flow constant, extend maintenance intervals and ensure the acclaimed smooth, quiet operation.

Engineered with a large canister and generous filter volume, a large pre-filter directly under the pump head for quick debris removal, and an integrated suction aid for fast filling. Wear-free ceramic axle and bearings deliver whisper-quiet reliability. Safety hose adapter with locking device, large safety closure clips, Easy Clean media handling, and installation accessories make setup and maintenance simple. Suitable for fresh and marine water (except thermofilter – for freshwater only). Made in Germany with 3 years warranty.

Smart, customizable modes:

• Output control: Gradually increase water flow; maximum capacity exceeds conventional filters.
• Constant flow: Automatically compensates for pollution to maintain your programmed rate and extend service intervals.
• Pulse mode: Electronically controlled alternating current for natural, dynamic circulation.
• Bio modus (sun/moon): Switches between two adjustable flow rates.

Intelligent monitoring and safety:

• Service indicator: Maintenance intervals monitored; cleaning instructions sent to your stored e-mail.
• Auto air out: Detects and discharges trapped air automatically.
• Electronic error indicator: System self-checks and attempts fault elimination.
• Wifi off: Deactivate Wifi after configuration; all functions resume when reactivated.
