Eco Pure

Kusuri Eco Pure is a non-chemical blanketweed and string algae treatment. Eco Pure inhibits blanket weed via beneficial strains of denitrifying bacteria bio-fixed, to a dense powder catalyst which utilise excess nitrogen and phosphate, effectively starving the algae of its food source. It also improves water clarity through the flocculation of particulate matter and degradation of organic sludge and fish waste.

Eco Pure added weekly will reduce blanketweed by dramatically reducing its food source. Bacteria coat the blanket weed, starving it of food, which will initially break up into long strands. Every pond is different, in some ponds Eco Pure can work as quickly as 2 weeks, most ponds can take 4-8 weeks. Kusuri Eco Pure is best used early in the season to suppress major blanketweed growth followed by regular doses as a preventative

If blanket weed is excessive, use Kusuri Powder Gold to eradicate the weed first followed by weekly doses of Kusuri Eco Pure.

Maintenance Dosage:
Use cup supplied; add two heaped cups per 1000 gallons of pond water.

Reduction Dosage:
On heavy areas of blanket, add the dry powder directly to the blanketweed. Use up to 8 heaped cups per 1000 gallons of pond water.

Directions:
Use Eco Pure twice a week to reduce growth, followed by a reduction down to a self determined maintenance dose. Eco Pure can be used at any temperature over 10°C.

Mix measured quantity into a gallon of pond water in a bucket and stir.

Apply this solution round the edges of the pond.
