This is an Eames Lounge Chair, Models 670, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1956. This example was produced in the United States in 2014. The chair features a walnut shell and is upholstered in 2102 Wheat Leather. It has an aluminum base with brushed aluminum top surfaces, and matte black powder coated sides. This chair is widely considered one of the most significant designs of the 20th century. This is the standard/original size not the tall version.
The lounge chair measures 35 inches deep, 33 inches wide, and is 31.5 inches high, with a seat height of 16 inches. This piece shows light wear from previous use, including minor surface blemishes to the leather and shell. Overall, the chair is in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
