The Nike Dunk Low PS “UNC” is the alternate preschool sizing of the college basketball-inspired colorway of the low-top retro basketball shoe. The Dunk debuted back in 1985 as a basketball shoe that came in colorways dedicated to some of the most successful college basketball programs of the mid-80s. While not affiliated with “UNC” as its nickname suggests, this “University Blue” iteration draws directly from the North Carolina Tar Heels’ team uniform colors, continuing the shoe’s association with college basketball. The perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and heel feature a white leather construction. University Blue leather can be found on the forefoot, eyelets, heel, and Swoosh. The two-tone color block mirrors the style cadence of the Dunk’s original college basketball-inspired colorways. A white “Nike” logo can be found on the heel and a light blue “Nike” and Swoosh logo appear on the white nylon tongue tag. A cream colored rubber midsole and University Blue outsole complete the look. Release date: June 24, 2021
