Description: This is a great hardy fish for a marine predator aquarium. A larger aquarium is a must for this fish, due to its large size when fully grown and its territorial behavior. As it gets bigger, the Dogface Puffer will eat smaller fish, so tank mates should be similar in size. Over time, larger hard-shelled foods should be fed to keep their teeth whittled down. They eat invertebrates in the wild for this specific reason, making Dogface Puffers not reef safe.
