This sound meter offers a wide variety of measuring options including A and C decibel frequency weighting scales, fast or slow response, AC or DC output, and peak function.
Perfect for testing for OSHA requirements. Meets IEC 61672:2013 and ANSI S1.4: 2014 frequency and time weighting specifications for a Type 2 sound meter. The large display has a resolution of 0.1 dB and also indicates low battery and over or under load. Covers 30 to 130 dB in the A scale and 35 to 130 dB in the C scale, with an accuracy of ±1.0 dB. Can be easily calibrated using the internal oscillation system. Has a fold out stand and comes with carrying case, instructions, calibration tool, windscreen, and a 9V battery. N.I.S.T. Traceable Certificate of Calibration available.
This instrument features a tripod mount, and we recommend using a tripod for the most stable and accurate readings.
