RETURNS | CANCELLATIONS

City Lights SF accepts General Returns on most of our products within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable can not be returned and will be noted on the product page. Restocking fees may apply and can vary depending on the brand and the product. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees on returned or exchanged products. The design firm still makes many of its products completely in the United States, usually in its facilities nestled in the foothills of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The 22-acre campus includes a 350,000 square-foot factory as well as creative studios and corporate offices (and the offices are dog-friendly). The company proudly remains a family-friendly employer: many Robert Abbey staffers are third- and fourth-generation employees of the firm.
