‘Dee Dee’ British Retro dress in black brocade (Picture of it being worn is with a petticoat underneath, which is also listed on my page) Item is mid calf length will a full circle skirt which looks wonderful with and without a petticoat Fabric is a super soft brocade Bodice is boned to hold up the top, and there are off-the-shoulder straps with hidden elastic to stop them slipping Belt is made of a matching fabric and is removable (it is also missing one eyelet on the smallest size, see pictures) The waist has stitches in each side to reduce the waist size by about 1.5-2 inches. This should be totally reversible if you snip the stitches to release the fabric.
