The pointed end of the 18 cm long blade is used for decorating. With the DarkNitro series, Friedr. Dick once again shows the ultimate knife art. The combination of the unique blade look with hammered embossing and carbon look as well as the handle made of fine oak wood creates unique knives. The forged knives are made of martensitic, stainless and nitrogen-alloyed steel and have a high hardness of 61 HRC. Made in Germany.
