Danish Ebelskiver Pan

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil. We recommend using a wooden skewer or plastic fork.

How To Make Ebelskivers:

1. Preheat pan on medium low heat. Dot each cavity with butter, then fill each cavity 2/3 full with batter.
2. Add 1-2 Tbsp of filling, pushing it down into the batter until it’s fully hidden. Cook about 1 minute.
3. Turn with a wooden skewer or plastic utensil and cook for another 1-1.5 minutes. Enjoy with syrup and butter!
