The hand-hardened and hand-ground blades guarantee exceptional sharpness, durability and robustness.

Versatile cooking knife: extended selection for perfect cutting results

In addition to our tried and tested chef's knife with a generous blade length of 17 cm and a material thickness of 3 mm, we also offer a chef's knife with a 20 cm long blade and a slimmer thickness of 2 mm. The longer blade enables effortless cutting of juicy meat and tender vegetables such as asparagus. The ergonomic walnut handle ensures a comfortable grip, while the full-length steel and riveted handle guarantee stability. Our knives were developed in close cooperation with outdoor chefs and manufactured in Solingen, the city of blades. This city with its long tradition and craftsmanship expertise stands for quality and is characterized by high edge retention and first-class workmanship.

Easy-care Petromax cooking knife for unforgettable culinary experiences

Our knives are easy to clean. If they are very dirty, you can clean them by hand with a little washing-up liquid without bringing the handle into contact with water. However, simple cleaning with water is normally sufficient. After cleaning, you should dry the knife carefully.
