Engineered with Yoder’s Heat Management System and ACS Adaptive Control with dual food probes, it delivers wood-fired flavor and competition-level results with ease.
With a 26” x 54” cooking chamber and dual-level grates providing 2,223 square inches of cooking space, it’s perfect for handling large cooks. The 40-pound "Firebox-Style" hopper features a pellet dump for quick flavor changes or transport. Whether for competitions or catering, the Cimarron is designed to perform at the highest level.
