The small 4” Focus wheel is designed to help reduce tension headaches, target key pressure points in your neck and shoulders, and reverse that poor posture (”tech-neck” anyone?) through traction and focused massage. It can also be used to target muscle knots + tension in your back, shoulders, arms, legs and anywhere you may need focused relief.

It falls under the category of RIGID pressure: rigid pressure is best used to target fine muscles and deep knots.

Key Benefits:

  • Relieves neck pain through traction and massage
  • Targets deep, tough-to-reach muscle knots in your back
  • Helps to reduce tension headaches
  • Targets individual vertebrae, muscle knots, or pinched nerves to really work one area
  • Easy to travel with for on-the-go relief

The 4” Focus is super easy to travel with, as well. It easily slips into a bag or luggage to go with you on the road. We’ve seen a lot of athletes having to leave their rollers at home and then missing them at competitions.

What makes Chirp different from a foam roller?

There are two main differences: width and pressure.

  1. All Chirp Wheels are 5" wide. This width is perfect for putting the pressure where it is needed along the spine and between the shoulder blades while protecting the spine…not just steamrolling your back.
  2. Chirp Wheels come in 4 sizes (diameters) – 12" 10" 6" and 4”. Due to the size change, the area in contact with the muscles at any given point provides different amounts of pressure.
