Your hens love to perch, and not just at night. If you have an Eglu Chicken Coop, a Walk In Run or a homemade chicken coop, the Omlet Chicken Perch will fit perfectly. The special connectors on each end clamp around any chicken wire or mesh securely.

The perch is made from eucalyptus, which is a naturally weather resistant wood. The perch is a perfect size for bantams up to large breeds and robustly made to take the weight of multiple chickens. Eucalyptus is a very hard and strong wood, as it's a natural material you will find some splitting along the length of the pole, this is not a defect and is part of the wood's characteristics. The perch is untreated and can be used right out of the box. If you prefer, you can use an animal safe stain, varnish or paint.
