Engineered for Pure Performance

A dual-chassis design isolates the amplification circuit from the power supply, ensuring lower noise and greater clarity. Each tube stage has its own regulated circuit, delivering clean, stable power for maximum fidelity. The custom silver-plated copper umbilical cable provides lossless current transfer for a quieter, darker background.

Upgraded Amplification Circuitry

Cayin redesigned the amplification circuit with high-quality components and enhanced driving power for wide headphone compatibility. The improved design delivers superior transparency, speed, and dynamics—ideal for both low-impedance IEMs and high-end planar magnetic headphones.

Tube Complement

• High-Voltage Rectifier: Two JJ GZ34 / 5AR4 rectifier tubes provide stable and responsive current.

• Voltage Amplification Stage: Dual JJ 12AU7 / ECC82 triodes ensure high signal gain and fine detail retrieval.

• Single-Ended Class A Power Stage: A matched pair of Genalex KT88 output tubes reproduce rich, natural tonality and emotional depth.

Impedance-Matched Headphone Output

In-house output transformers offer impedance-matched outputs for:

• Low (8–64Ω)

• Mid (65–250Ω)

• High (251–600Ω)

With 6.35mm, 4.4mm balanced, and 4-pin XLR headphone jacks, the HA-6A MK2 delivers up to 4500mW per channel in UL mode. Sensitive IEMs benefit from optimized 4.4mm output for ultra-low noise and improved S/N ratio.

Dual Operation Modes

Switch between two unique sonic profiles:
