What Is A Buddha Nut?
This is the seed pod of the Buddha Coconut , Pterygota alata, a plant that is native to Asia and Australia. These pods have been sustainably harvested and naturally dried to create a decoration item suitable for both arid and tropical terrariums.
How To Use Buddha Nuts
These seed pods can be scattered across the surface of your terrarium floor to provide natural decoration and hiding places for clean up crew and livefood, thereby encouraging natural foraging in your pet. If you have smaller animals such as jumping spiders, these nuts can form the centre piece of their set up as they are ideal for spiderlings and small pets to hide inside.
