Brute 4500

Brute 4500 – Field Load Carriage for Infantry & RM. The Brute 4500 is a medium-capacity load carriage system built for soldiers who need to move kit efficiently over multiple days. It’s ideal for 2–3 day exercises, patrol tasks, ranges, and self-sustained periods in the field, without dragging an oversized bergen everywhere you go.

This size works well in UK conditions. Enough space for waterproofs, cold layers, rations, admin kit, and essential camp gear, while still compressing down when you’re running lighter. It carries properly under weight and stays stable when you’re moving hard.

Fit & Load Control

Contour Shoulder Harness

The Contour Shoulder Harness gives unlimited torso adjustment, allowing the pack to be set up correctly for your body. When fitted properly, the weight sits on the hips, not the shoulders, reducing fatigue on long tabs.
Air-mesh padding helps manage heat build-up during sustained movement. Elevated load lifters pull the pack in tight, keeping the weight close to your centre of gravity. The result is better balance, better posture, and less fighting the load over distance.

Cradle Hip Belt

The Cradle Hip Belt is designed for carrying weight without movement or hot spots. A silicone-grip lumbar pad stops the pack slipping and prevents clothing riding up. Pull-forward straps allow fast tightening on the move, even when tired or gloved.
Rear stabilisers reduce sway, keeping the load locked in when moving over rough ground, obstacles, or during faster movement.

Storage & Access

With 4,500 cubic inches, the Brute 4500 supports several days in the field without forcing unnecessary kit.
