This pH pen has been designed and built in New Zealand with the home user in mind. It is built to withstand the knocks, drops and plunges that come with everyday brewing.

To ensure the pH meter measures accurately the probe tip must be kept moist with KCl solution by adding 3-5 drops of KCl storage solution to the wetting seal of the storage cap each week.

For long term storage, remove the cap and place the pen upright in a plastic contianer. Cover the probe tip with KCl storage solution to ensure constant hydration. Check the containe regularly and top up the KCl storage solution as needed.

DO NOT let the probe tip dry. IF IT DRIES IT DIES!
