Munich type malt can be used up to 100% for darker malty beers and also for adding color malty aroma as a specialty malt. Munich dark malt can be used for Bavarian darks, hocks or dark wheat beers with rich body. Typical ratios when using Munich as a base is up to 100%, when using as specialty malt, use 10-50%.
