Did you know? Cazuela is both a clay cooking vessel and also the name of a recipe that varies from region to region throughout South America. It receives its name from the cazuela (Spanish for casserole) and while the ingredients and preparation vary, it is usually a thick and flavorful stock mixed with meats and vegetables and spices.
