This is an important sculptural artwork executed by renowned neo-conceptual artist Richard Humann.
Humann is Brooklyn-based and continues to create pieces that are most often carefully-crafted critiques of social norms. This piece features offices on one side of the piece, and jail cells on the other- one can only assume that the piece is a cheeky statement on how the 24/7 grind that the majority of humans subscribe to is akin to being imprisoned.
The piece is truly investment grade art and is one of a kind.
The work measures 9.5 inches long, 96 inches wide, and 8.75 inches high. There are some loose inner-workings on the piece, as photographed.

The back piece of one of the wooden chairs in an office cube is broken.
A wood piece broke off of bed in one of the jail cells.
A wood piece on the toilet in one of the jail cells broke off.
