The roost has two 1.25" diameter entry holes, creating places for two avian families. These apartments are separated from each other by a plywood panel, offering a comfortable shelter for your birds. The interior of the Lighthouse Bird House remains unpainted, keeping it safe for nestlings, and the extended roof helps ventilate the item. Drainage holes dot the base of the home, for dry nests, and the bottom of the Lighthouse Bird House may also be removed for seasonal cleanings. Use the included 5" x 5" mounting plate to easily place this home on a 4" x 4" post (not included).
