How to Use Amacx Beet Shot

The Protocol: Take 1-2 shots, 2.5-3 hours before hard efforts. Shake first. Maximum 2 per day. For multi-day events or key races, load with 1-2 shots daily for 3-7 days beforehand, then take your pre-race dose at the usual 2.5-hour mark.
