Its flat bottom provides ample room to apply focused heat for a short period of time while the sloped sides allow you to push the food up to continue cooking with less intense heat. The helper handle assists in lifting and transporting. The pan comes pre-seasoned and its inert surface is all-natural and free of any harmful chemicals. Metal tool safe.
